I don't have a mopar 10 but i did install a borla exhaust recently, and trust me, you would know if it was on your car!!! It's actually a little louder than i would like, mostly at lower speeds, but it does sound nice once your at cruising speed. As far as hp gains i don't know. I've never dyno'd my car.
